APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS & NORMATIVE DOCUMENTS
The Contract shall be governed by the law of the country (or other jurisdiction) stated in the Particular Conditions.
合同应受专用条件中所述国家（或其他司法管辖区）的法律管辖.
“Laws” means all national (or state) legislation, statutes, ordinances and other laws, and regulations and by-laws of any legally constituted public authority.
“法律”系指所有全国性（或洲的）法律、条例、法令和其他法律，以及任何合法建立的公共当局制定的规则和细则等.
Permission for Nature Use —— a document required in accordance with the Applicable Law of the Republic of Kazakstan for the conduct of special nature uses.
使用自然资源许可— 使用自然资源时， 按照哈萨克斯坦共和国法律所规定的文件；
The Contractor shall, in performing the Contract, comply with applicable Laws. Unless otherwise stated in the Employer’s Requirements:

The construction, validity and performance of this Contract and matters pertaining thereto will be governed in all respects by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The national laws and administrative regulations shall apply to this Contract. Both parties will specify the applicable laws and administrative regulation in the Contract.
适用标准、规范 Applicable standards and codes
双方在合同条款内约定适用国家标准、规范的名称；没有国家标准、规范但有行业标准、规范的，约定适用行业标准、规范的名称；没有国家和行业标准、规范的，约定适用工程所在地地方标准、规范的名称。甲方应按合同条款约定的时间向乙方提供一式两份约定的标准、规范。
Both parties shall specify the name of the applicable standards and codes in the Contract; where the national standards and codes are absent, the industrial standards and codes shall apply and their names be specified herein; where the national and industrial standards and codes are absent, the local standards and codes shall apply and their names be specified herein. Party A shall provide the agreed standards and codes in duplicate to Party B on time as stipulated in the pertinent clause of the Contract.
国内没有相应标准、规范的，由甲方按合同条款约定的时间向乙方提出施工技术要求，乙方按约定的时间和要求提出施工工艺，经甲方认可后执行。甲方要求使用国外标准、规范的，应负责提供中文译本。
When there is not corresponding standards and codes in China regarding a certain issue, Party A shall provide the technical requirements on the construction timely as stipulated in the Contract and Party B shall prepare the construction process according to the time and other requirements by Party A, and submit to Party A for approval, and implement such process if approved. In case Party A requires to apply any foreign standards and codes, Party A shall provide the Chinese translations of such standards and codes.
The Contract Documents shall be Administrative Authority by the Chinese laws and administrative regulations at the level of state.
本合同文件适用中国国家的法律和行政法规。
双方在合同文件内约定适用国家标准、规范的名称；没有国家标准、规范但有行业标准、规范的，约定适用行业标准、规范的名称；没有国家和行业标准、规范的，约定适用工程所在地地方标准、规范的名称。承包人应向发包人提供一式两份约定的标准、规范(发包方需要的)。双方有约定标准的，应首先适用约定的标准。
The Employer and the Contractor shall specify the names of the applicable national standards and specifications in the Contract; if there are no national standards and specifications but industry standards and specifications, the Parties shall specify the names of the applicable industry standards and specifications; if there are no national or industry standards and specifications, the Parties shall specify the name of the local standards and specifications to be applied where the Project is located. The Contractor shall provide the Employer with two sets of agreed standards and specifications (as required by the Employer). In case there exists applicable standards agreed by both Parties, such agreed standards shall apply in the first place.
乙方遵守中国的有关法律法规，确实掌握现场情况，保证工程顺利进行。
Party B shall comply related law and regulations in China, shall in charge the management of construction on site, guarantee construction work will process smoothly.
承包商应在与履行本合同有关的所有事务中遵守中央或地方政府所有适用的法律、法规和命令。
The Contractor shall in all matters relating to the performance of this Contract conform with all applicable laws, regulations and orders of central or local authorities.
本建设工程委托监理合同适用的法律是中国的法律，条例,行政法规，以及标准条件及专用条件中载明的部门规章或地方法规，地方规章。
This Supervision Contract shall be governed by Chinese laws, statutes, administrative regulations, and departmental rules & regulations, local laws, rules & regulations specified in the Standard Conditions and Conditions of Particular Application.
乙方有义务遵守孟加拉国的法律、法规，并按照法律、办理各种和施工有关的各种证件。
Party B must compliance with the laws of Bangladesh, and according to the low, for various construction and the various documents.
发包人承诺按照法律规定履行项目审批手续、筹集工程建设资金并按照合同约定的期限和方式支付合同价款。
The employer promises, in accordance with laws provisions, perform the approval procedures, raise construction funds and effect payment of contracted cost and price pursuant to the time limited and methods which are stipulated in contract.
承包人承诺按照法律规定及合同约定组织完成工程施工，确保工程质量和安全，不进行转包及违法分包，并在缺陷责任期及保修期内承担相应的工程维修责任。
The contractor promises, in accordance with laws provisions and contract stipulation, to organize and complete the construction, ensure the quality and safety of engineering, no transfer-contracting / subcontracting, and undertake the corresponding liabilities of engineering repair / maintenance in the defects liability period and warranty period.

图纸应当按照法律规定审查合格。
Drawings should, in light of law’s stipulations, be checked / examined as qualification.
本合同遵循中华人民共和国法律，指中华人民共和国法律、行政法规、部门规章以及工程所在地的地方法规、自治条例、单行条例和地方政府规章。需要明示的国家和地方的具体适用法律的名称在专用条款中约定。
Laws of the People's Republic of China under this contract refers to the laws, administrative regulations, department rules of the People' s Republic of China and local regulations, self - government regulations, single - line regulations and local government regulations. The tittle of the specific applicable law of the State and local area that needs to be expressed is stipulated in the particular condition.
承包商在履行合同期间，应遵守适用法律.除非专用条件中另有规定：
